The CS PTFE Jacketed Pipes & Systems shown below provides intimate contact of the heating/cooling medium with the pipe along its entire length except for short sections at each end.
Alternatives to the use of jacketed pipe for heating are steam tracing, electric tracing or impedance heating. The liner temperature with any heating system must not exceed the maximum service temperature for the pipe liner material, or the liners maximum allowable use temperature in the fluids being conveyed.
Based on standard pipes and fittings items, each component is covered by a double jacket steel housing. The double jacket is equipped with 1/4” or ½” NPT couplings or flanged DN20 (3/4”) or DN25 (1”) nozzles for the alimentation of calorific fluid.
An original system allows the heating up to the back side of the flanges, so that all parts of the piping are covered.
